Through my school, I was considered a NASA Contractor. I worked with a team of 4 to design and prototype a mockup of a "nanolab," a self contained capsule that can be used in zero gravity to perform biological (plant research) experiments! We showed off our design to John Glenn, the head of the NASA Hunch program, at Red Rocks Community College, and received an honorable mention (the equivalent of 3rd place across the state)!
