
I call senior living communities for information and price comparison for our clients. I communication with them through phone, email and chat. On occasion I go to places to tour and get the information. I also call places to see how the employees respond and if they are doing their job.
I made appointments for customers and scheduled them with their favorite sitter or one that best fit their needs. I scheduled all of the sitters and made sure they all had work. I handled any crisis the sitters had while petsitting. I communicated with the customers on what was best for their pets. I kept up the customer database and sent out birthday and sympathy cards to the pet owners.
