My name is Brecken Bowley, and as a professional Level B mechanic with 3 ½ years of experience, I take pride in my strong work ethic and dedication to both the craft and the customer. Every day I show up early, ready to take on a wide range of automotive issues from brake jobs and suspension work to diagnostics and light electrical repairs while constantly pushing myself to learn more and expand my skill set. I work efficiently but never cut corners, because I believe doing the job right the first time is not only good workmanship, it’s a reflection of who I am. I’ve spent years developing my technical abilities, but just as importantly, I’ve built strong communication and customer service skills; I believe customers deserve transparency, honesty, and respect, and I make it a point to explain repairs clearly and help them feel confident in their decisions. I stay focused, organized, and motivated in a fast-paced environment, knowing that every car that leaves the bay with my name attached is a direct representation of my integrity. Whether it’s collaborating with other techs, diving into a challenging diagnostic, or helping a frustrated customer understand what their vehicle needs, I’m all in because this isn’t just a job to me, it’s a career I’m building with purpose and pride.
