Inspect and assess damage that has been to home or business; find or confirm root cause of disaster.

• Obtain Work Authorization from Customer.

• Complete Tick Sheet identifying specific work that needs to be performed and equipment that is needed

• Gather needed supplies and equipment.

• Begin performing work or schedule with home/property manager to return as needed.

• Demolish and remove affected contents

✓ Extraction of water

✓ Remove mold

✓ Dry carpet, wall, sheetrock, subfloors

✓ Remove sewage overflow

✓ Board up windows

✓ Install subfloor or framing if needed

✓ Perform “Flood Cuts” on Dry Wall or remove entire sheet rock

✓ Contain exposed area using plastic; seal off needed areas

Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to:

✓ Vacuum and clean mold; wipe with antimicrobial towel

✓ After fire damage, wash every content with “wall wash”

✓ Paint surface areas, most often new dry wall and doors

✓ Caulk, fill nail holes (trim and cabinets) to prepare for paint

✓ Pack out items and clean at office (depending on quantity and size)

✓ Take soiled materials (clothes, bedding, curtains, etc) to laundromat

•Taking x-rays, impressions, and digital photos

•Assisted with Starting and Debonding braces

•Assisted with fitting brands, brackets, and orthodontic appliances

•Restocked all materials including Orthodontic material and sterilization materials such as,

O-ties, Starter Packets, Wires, Gloves, Impression Materials, Banding Materials, and more etc.

•Uploaded/Saved all New and Current Patients Photos/X-rays

•Sterilized all instruments and Rooms/Chairs and Tables

•Poured and made the Impression Molds

•Made retainers, Cut and Buffed out ready for patient's and fitted patients retainer's

•Reviewed instructions with patients and parents to ensure the proper care or after care
