  • Worked with General Labor Lead in SEEC. Skills acquired include: Patching & Painting, Exterior structural upkeep, basic plumbing, minor repair training, small equipment repair and upkeep.
  • Apprenticeship with Building Engineer | SEEC Building. Duties included assisting in maintaining campus facilities, performing preventative maintenance, addressing urgent requests, and troubleshooting system malfunctions.
  • Custodial Equipment Training: Assisted Training Manager by doing hands-on training with custodial new hires on the following equipment: Kaivac restroom cleaning machine, Tenant Auto scrubber, ProTeam backpack vacuum(s) and use of Emergency equipment such as hydrovacs.
  • Lead member of the I & S Emergency Response Team responsible for emergency requests related to campus infrastructure such as water clean-ups, chemical spills and clean-up of spaces related to damage caused during a water or construction related event.
