Get the Lact units in compliance, Implement the Meter Factor into the flow computer for accuracy, commissioning sites point to point (P2P) with control on gas and liquid EFM’s, set up IP’s for EFM’s, PLC and HMI’s calibrate pressure and temperature transmitters for the Coriolis meter, monthly troubleshooting, witnessing 3rd party calibrations on gas and NGL, satisfy the BLM standards for the Federal sights on testing, setup Test-it data base for calibrations and sampling frequencies, work closely on balancing issues for closings with measurment analysis, setup proving schedule and monthly grind outs, satisfy the quarterly testing for DOT on pipeline transmitters and LEL gas detection, setup and work on Lact and gas composite samplers, calibrate and setup BS&W meters, write procedure for proving, work with SCADA and Flow Cal for accuracy of data and balance issues, Gas EFM meters (ABB,ROC107,ROC800,FB2200), Liquid meters(Coriolis,ROC800L,FlowX,Omni) Thermal Mass Meters, Tuning on PID loops on the lacts, prove oil and NGL meters at Cyro facility, Set up Modbus on EFM’s to share data with producers, Entry level PLC programming with RS Logix 500 and Studio 5000(Micrologic 1400, CompactLogix, ControlLogix PLC’s), Work with Project Coordinators and Engineers on upcoming projects, Ordering parts/devices for projects, Knowledge with Wonderware platform server based HMI’s, PanelView HMI’s, setting up cell modem’s, Mentor and lead other techs in the department for knowledge share, signing off on OQ’s

Operate compressors, communicate with other operators, construction crews, work some with free wave radios, rectifiers, Cathodic protection pipeline, Pipe to soil test, work in a team environment. Calibrate gas meters, Free wave radio experience, SME Daniels Ultrasonic troubleshooting, Emerson (ROC 800 & 800L) and ABB EFM experience, red lion and IDEC HMI knowledge, Proving Corolis Mass Meters, Ultrasonic meters, thermal mass meters. Read P&ID’s

Maintain engine and compressors, Lock Out Tag Out, Read P&ID, Work with Daniels Meters, Locating background, dot safety sensitive training, Cathodic protection pipeline, take liquid samples for composite tests, pigging pipelines, changing out dry flow meters,Asset Purchased by Anadarko in 2011
