• New Blood Lab within existing shell space, concrete structural work.

Project: Jackson Hole Classical Academy (Sr. PE / A.PM*)

• Managed self perform concrete, structural steel, roof assembly, metal decking, all VDC efforts, early MEP, surveying & change management for all.

Project: Vail Health Phase 3 (Sr. PE)

• Newly constructed parking lot, shell space T.I.'s throughout, chapel, PCU, ICU & LDRP interior remodels, roof, new OR mechanical systems and structural work.

Project: Vail Health East Wing Addition (PE/Sr. PE)

• Assisted with completion and turnover of newly constructed East Wing.

Project: Vail Health - East Wing Addition

• Independently coordinated and managed different subcontractors work to assist with a fast paced, on time turnover for the client.
• Helped lead company wide safety initiatives, Punch list/QC, RFI, and submittal processes, and assisted with change order management.
• Supported multiple project engineers on various tasks and different scopes within the active hospital as well as the new addition.

• Helped lead a crew of self perform carpenters and framer, with the management of the superintendent, through the rough framing stages of two custom homes.
• Assisted with superintendent duties including scheduling, quality control, material takeoff and logistic planning.
• Developed strong relationships with clients, owners and other subcontractors to allow for smooth project execution.
• Assembled floor, wall and roof systems along with setting steel structures and running layout.
• Maintained a clean work environment by organizing materials and removing debris at the end of each day.
