Involves 7 towns and about 400-450 kids playing. I work with each towns representatives, organizing teams, schedules, rules, fundraisers and more.

I managed the 501c3 non-profit youth sports program. We have directors that I help guide and make sure they have all the tools they need to succeed with the sport they run.
