Involves 7 towns and about 400-450 kids playing. I work with each towns representatives, organizing teams, schedules, rules, fundraisers and more.
I managed the 501c3 non-profit youth sports program. We have directors that I help guide and make sure they have all the tools they need to succeed with the sport they run. Behind the scenes I run the website, from registrations to payments and rosters. I also handle all the bills, payments in and out and make sure everything is accounted for.
I have coached our youth in baseball/softball and in basketball. I plan practices and games ahead of time to help keep the players active and interested. As well as keeping the parents up to date with our schedules and any concerns.
