  • Collaborate with the grant analyst during the pre-award and award phase of each new grant before it makes it to the post award phase.

  • Keep inventory of CTSR billing monthly and submit check requests through COR360 for sponsorships Complete monthly invoicing for sponsored projects and institutions we have contracts with (CDPHE, CCPD, CPEPG).
  • Submit subcontracts, contracts, and invoices as POs through CU Marketplace.

  • The Denver Rescue Mission, Clothing drive, food drive, and essential item drive for homeless at The Denver Rescue Mission. There’s always more than 100 homeless we serve., Multiple donations every month from different people of items needed for each drive. We receive between 50-100 donations a month from people., Once a month on Sunday’s partnered with Buselful BeKind non profit and passed out donated items at the Denver Mission., Catered food to pass out to the homeless for each donation drive, We accomplished this by consistently posting on social media, getting the word out with friends and family, and connecting with other organizations.
