Empathetic and motivated college student pursuing a PhD in Psychology, with lived experience in eating disorder recovery and a strong commitment to supporting others through their healing journey. Drawing on a diverse range of experiences, including roles as a Marketing Manager, Gymnastics Coach, and Chef, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I am particularly passionate about using social media to promote mental health awareness and combat harmful narratives that contribute to eating disorders in youth. My international perspective, gained through studying abroad in Malaysia and collaborating with the Embassy on youth-related initiatives, allows me to approach recovery with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. Eager to apply my academic knowledge, personal insights, and practical skills to support young people in their recovery at the Eating Recovery Center.
