  • Brought structure back to the management team by implementing weekly skin/weight meetings, survey preparedness, psychotropic management meetings and restorative meetings.
  • Increased Medicaid case mix to a 1.3 with increased revenue.
  • Responsible for all contractual agreements within the facility including outside vendors and consultants.
