Enhanced MEDIC-X training initiatives, directly improving the MDG's Agile Combat Employment capabilities and achieving #1 of 76 Air Force MTFs for MEDIC-X compliance.

Drives Patient Centered Medical Home operations for PACAF's largest Internal Medicine Clinic. Supports 8 physicians, manages 2 nurses, 8 technicians, and 2 administrative staff in caring for 1.9K empaneled patients. Performs tele-health care, coordinates triages, specialty referrals, education, disease management and prescription delivery. Serves as Nurse Manager, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams for patient healthcare integration. Dispositioned 5.3K Internal Medicine tele-health messages and 1.3K patient triages. She expedited care for 16 critically-ill beneficiaries and generated 7.5K appointments for 8 physicians enabling recapture of $5.2M in healthcare services and recognition as the #1/37 DHA markets for best acute appointment access to care.
