Led recruitment operations within ManpowerGroup’s RPO division, a global leader in workforce and talent solutions. Primarily supported SLB, a multinational oil & gas company, while also managing hiring projects for clients in the retail, BPO, and logistics sectors. Oversaw a team of 7 recruiters responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition across Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Sourcing, IT, SAP, Oil & Gas, Logistics, and Finance functions in Latam. Participated in bilingual meetings (Spanish and English) with teams in India, the U.S., Mexico, and Colombia to align on hiring strategies and progress. Conducted interviews across all organizational levels. Familiar with SharePoint for basic tracking and documentation purposes.
Assistance to clients of these associated law firms in their legal needs to be directed to each area in particular; search for new and potential clients; preparation of service proposals; brand and patent national and international registrations; preparation of basic legal documents for reviewing by specialist lawyers; assistance with office accounting, billing and internal recruitment processes.
