As a Machinery Diagnostic Leader, I lead a team of mechanical engineers specialized in advanced predictive maintenance and mechanical integrity assurance. My role encompasses the execution and supervision of high-complexity services in rotordynamics following API 684 guidelines, including:
• Rotating machinery diagnostics for turbines, compressors, generators, and industrial power trains.
• Precision laser alignment and dynamic rotor balancing both in field and in shop.
• Advanced modal analysis using EMA (Experimental Modal Analysis), OMA (Operational Modal Analysis), and correlation with FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
• Installation, assembly, and commissioning of critical machinery in accordance with API 686, ensuring world-class installation practices.
• Repair and troubleshooting of turbomachinery, evaluating clearances, rotor stability issues, resonances, and bearing-related failures.

Additionally, I lead the online condition monitoring programs for high-power industrial turbines and rotating assets, including:
• GE LM6000, LM5000, TM2500
• Solar Taurus T60, SMT60
• Siemens SST-200, SST-600, SGT-300, SGT-400

As head of the Research & Development (R&D) area, I conduct projects focused on:
• Development and validation of new machine monitoring and protection systems in compliance with API 670.
• Investigation of natural frequency separation margins, amplification factors, damping control, and rotor dynamic stability.
• Structural integrity studies and dynamic behavior evaluation of critical turbomachinery components.
• Risk evaluation and the design of predictive strategies based on spectral analysis, orbits, Bode plots, waterfalls, polar plots, and advanced diagnostic techniques.

In the Business Development scope, I am responsible for expanding service portfolios, building strategic relationships with clients across the energy and industrial sectors, and providing technical leadership for the development of new solutions focused on reliability, protection, and operational availability.
