My main duties were to provide remote and on-site support for the services provided by Tigo, including internet, television, and telephone; perform diagnostics, identify potential faults, change, and configure equipment such as routers, repeaters, and decoders; and provide customer service and repairs for GPON and HFC networks.

Main functions were to install and configure wifi repeaters, AP wiring punching C5e and 6e antennas radio link (point to point) perform balancing support to user requirements, RB411 Mikrotik 750, Vilo repeaters TP-LINK deco, T-plink extender, TP-link D-link V-sol switches

Provided support and maintenance to the internal and external GPON network, configuring VLANs such as OLT, ONT, and switches, reading positions in SDS, identifying faults in terminal equipment or the network, and handling manageable Cisco, Huawei, and T-Plink switches, data balancing.

On-site and remote technical support, addressing the company's customer requirements, changing Wi-Fi passwords, installing and configuring AP equipment, resolving network conflicts, and providing customer service.
