At Citizen's Climate Lobby, I work to encourage public engagement with political legislation concerning the environment. This includes organizing, attending, and coordinating community events that increase citizen actions towards our organizational goals

My main duties as a campaign event manager include communicating with host on event logistics and attendance, keeping track of and encouraging campaign contributions, and ensuring that event details are clearly and accurately distributed to a wide range of attendees. Acting as an ambassador for the Phil for Colorado campaign, I answer questions and resolve any difficulties regarding constituents' difficulties.

• I managed staff scheduling to maintain a fair and healthy work balance, as well as to maximize each staffers skillset.
• Developed a small business training program that saw 11 employees successfully trained.
• Worked with vendors to negotiate pricing, shipping dates, and quantities, as well as managing supplies.
• Resolved customer complaints and employee disagreements while maintaining high retention rates.
• When necessary gave verbal reprimands and write-ups when employees violated code of conduct.
