In charge of preparation, interpretation and presentations of individual and combined financial statements of Mercadolibre and Mercadopago Colombia. Partnered with local financial planning in monthly review and monitoring of P&L vs Forecast. Preparation of financial reports for different control entities, internal and external audits (Deloitte / Superintendecia de Industria y Comercio / Superintendencia de Sociedades) guaranteeing integrity and quality of financial information.

Support and monitoring in implementation of new projects and initiatives to Business Units (marketing, advertising, logistics and operations) and analysis of significant transactions. Structuring and monitoring of the risk map and accounting controls. Lead P2P process, managing team of 3 people.

Preparation and interpretation of the financial statements of more than 30 companies of the Avianca Holdings S.A. Group. to the level of LATAM (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru), United States, Central America (Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Salvador), and the Caribbean (Bahamas, Curacao, Nicaragua), finding improvement opportunities: capitalization of Expenses, design and improvement of templates in Excel to streamline processes (cash flows, issuance of financial statements, equity analysis and Flash Report Monthly).Reporting in COL GAAP and IFRS. Support to the consolidation team in the provision of information. Elaboration of financial reports for the different control entities, internal and external audits (KPMG / EY). Support to management in analysis of main transactions such as company liquidation, company mergers, adjustment with high impact on accounting.
