Coordinate group room blocks with Sales department:
Build group blocks in multiple systems (billing, reservations, group booking) and input rooming lists. (Lightspeed, Passkey, C/I, Opera, Salesforce, Synxis)
Responsible for setting group billing patterns and ensuring correct billing for individuals to the master
Assist in the billing of no-show reservations, block reservations for suites and to accommodate special requests.
