  • Designed a motor control system for the FCE commercial car, applying controller theory associated with Field Oriented Control, using MATLAB/Simulink and Dymola.
  • Assembled the e-powertrain for the prototype car using a PMSM Yasa and an off-the-shelf controller, Sevcon, applying safety rules adopted by Formula Student Electric and Formula E.

  • Coded the solution in C language, applying MISRA C, and designed the PCB using Altium Designer in accordance with IPC Class 2.
  • Established procedures to control monitoring and measuring using LabVIEW, and conducted the preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle.

  • This electronics technology development allowed the DCM team to collect data on each electronic module to interpret and optimize the performance of the vehicle.
