Dynamic Client Manager with a proven track record at 180 Ministries, excelling in client accountability and rehabilitation. Skilled in relationship building and strategy development, I foster positive behavioral change and support successful reintegration. Adept at coaching personnel and resolving customer/client complaints, I am committed to transformative client care and lasting impact. Jesus is my Lord and Savior and my goal in my personal and professional life is that the fruit I produce speaks of Gods unfathomable love, forgiveness and discipline.
A Client Manager is responsible for supervising and supporting individuals under community-based correctional supervision. This role focuses on client accountability, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration into the community. The Client Manager works closely with clients, law enforcement, treatment providers, and the courts to ensure compliance with court orders and support positive behavioral change.
At 180 Ministries, I served in a variety of roles focused on client care, mentorship, and program support. Our core belief was that transformation happens through relationship—by doing life alongside our clients, providing consistent support through safety measures, individualized mentoring, contracts, and high accountability, we built trust and guided them toward lasting change.
180 Ministries was founded by David Wilkerson, a man of deep faith who believed that it is the love and Word of Jesus that can truly heal and restore lives. I had the privilege of mentoring clients both one-on-one and in group settings, leading Bible discussions, and managing our social media accounts to share our mission and impact. I was also responsible for administering “write-ups,” a process of addressing rule violations and issuing appropriate consequences, always with the goal of accountability and growth.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to represent the program by speaking to potential clients and supporters, offering an in-depth look at our mission, values, and the transformative work we were doing. This role allowed me to share stories of hope and communicate the heart behind everything we did at 180 Ministries. Lastly, I was afforded the opportunity of becoming admin support and working plenty behind the scene of our operations.

One of my greatest accomplishments is my sobriety. It has taken immense strength, dedication, and faith to maintain it, and even more to rise after setbacks. My journey has not been easy, but it has been deeply transformative. Through it all, my relationship with the Lord, the unwavering support of my family, and a growing love and respect for myself have been my foundation. These anchors have guided me, sustained me, and helped me become the person I am today.
