  • As an Engineer for CCS, I am third party contracted with Adams County Facilities and Operations Department
  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited too complying with all applicable codes, regulations and governmental agency/ company directives related to building operations
  • Satisfies any and all work orders, works with others and or solo depending on the tasks
  • Works in a multitude of trades such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, and automotive/ fleet repair
  • I work closely with contractors, vendors and other government employees when needed

FACILITIES MANAGER

  • In my roll as facilities manager i was responsible for the overall upkeep of the facility, grounds, fleet, and manufacturing equipment
  • Using FIIX as out CMMS, all tasks were uploaded into daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance work orders
  • Kept an extensive vendor list of licensed subcontractors for items such as HVAC and larger plumbing/electrical projects

  • As a Prime West engineer I was responsible for maintaining a 300,000sqft state of the art facility which included all boiler and air handler systems, large scale high voltage electrical and server rooms, routine building and property maintenance and 24/7 on call services
