• Operated ski lifts ensuring safe and efficient transport of guests across terrain.
• Monitored lift operations identifying and resolving issues to maintain service quality.

• Collaborated with maintenance teams to schedule and assist in routine inspections.

• Helping support and grow a urban forest in San Jose helping to fight against climate change and bring trees to under develop neighborhoods
• Planting native and Drought tolerant trees to survive California climate
• Planted trees in various terrain and soil conditions, using hand tools such as shovels and picks.
• Every Saturday we host Community plantings engaging with Volunteers and helping them plant a tree to grow stronger communities and help people feel apart of where they live

• For the summer i was in charge of up to 13 kids leading them into adventure and teaching them about a new sport to kids 7 to 13 years old .
• For 5 days week i would watch over the same kids going to new locations every day and making sure everyone had great time biking from 10 to 2. And this year i was able to drive a van with the kids with a trailer on highways for 30 min drives.
• Taught proper technique, safety protocols, nutrition strategies, bike maintenance.
• Developing and collaborating with my Co Instructor a game plan using are skills and knowledge to create a environment of growth and support to help inspire the next generation of kiddos

Assisted teachers with lesson plans and classroom activities, while encouraging student participation.

• This classroom was of 35 adults from 18-30 years all from Spanish speaking countries from south america trying to learn learn english to help them become united states citizens from pasing the class building them for success in the US.
• Building a community with people helping them practice english and learn the importance of there outdoor conservation job in keeping marin county beautiful from building trails and removing trash and removing invasive species.
• Led small group activities and discussions to help promote learning.

• Maintained a clean and organized work environment throughout shift by wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
• Ran food and beverages to tables, interacting to make guests feel welcome.
• Provided friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Bussed used and unneeded dishes and glassware from guest tables.
