Alan Bader emigrated from South Africa in 1977. Alan graduated high school from Choate Rosemary Hall in 1982. In 1986 Alan graduated from Brandeis University with Honors in American Studies.
Alan began a career in commercial real estate in 1987 and left the business to pursue family entertainment entrepreneur work in 1997.
Alan sold the amusement park business and restaurant in 2018 and wrapped up all operations by the 3rd quarter in 2019. Alan was highly effective in working with customers and employees at all levels in the organization.
Alan has volunteered for various organizations including over 400 hours with Children's Hospital, Special Olympics for many years and the Jewish National Fund
Owned seasonal family amusement park. Employed roughly 100 people per season. Grew business substantially every year- year over year.
The Garden Grill Cafe was a full service restaurant at Heritage Square that also had a liquor license.
Successfully represented mainly non profit tenants for their office space requirements. Negotiated over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate transactions. Nominated for Deal of the Year in Washington DC in 1994.
