  • Manage tasking and personnel (6) interpreting Missile Defense System gap analysis and developing against it. The team members consist of PHDs, astro physicists, mathematicians and computer scientists.
  • Developed algorithmic applications for basically all domain areas of a Command-and-Control system.
  • Participated in live fire flight tests and demonstrated prototype capabilities in real time.
  • Perform team lead activities in conjunction with MDA customers.
  • Vital in the creation of critical leading-edge missile defense technologies.
  • SME of missile & satellite tracking, tasking, automated messaging systems, Battle Management, Sensor CONOPS and C2 architectures.
  • Writing and implementing engineering plans for and within a project.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to define project objectives and align team efforts with organizational goals.

Interim Chief Engineer

  • Led the C2BMC Experimentation lab of ~ 26 chairing the Engineering Review Board, providing BOMs ROMs and guiding customer direction.
  • During interim CE role, the lab successfully deployed capabilities to operations with direct impacts to National Security providing additional capabilities for USSPACECOM, CYBERCOM and NORTHCOM/CENTCOM.
  • Successfully trained and handed back the CE position over about a 3-month period.
  • Briefed military members up to 4 stars, contract leaders and senior government officials up to the Under Secretary of defense (Engineering)
  • Led decision making for all domains of the functional lab to include Experimentation, Infrastructure, Cyber, Networks, Analysis and Enterprise Services.
  • Successfully bid additional FY 24 work to ensure the funding stream for all employees would not lapse

  • Participated in several proposals for SBIR and RFI opportunities. Some including Software to find Radar, Blast Mitigation System, Air Force pilot hydration systems and Battle Management solutions.
  • Also, work as a program manager for C2BMC as well as Business Development for the Colorado Springs area.
  • The duties entail customer meetings, local government relationships, and characterizing a path for IERUS to grow in Colorado Springs.
  • Managed Portfolio of over 5M over life of contract. This includes 6 employees on the program

  • Worked as a developer designing M&S solutions for Blue-Red force teams. Collaborated heavily with intelligence groups to accurately describe new and emerging threats as well as implementing possible specs for the next generation of interceptor. Integrated prototypes into ARMY based operational simulations. Worked with large data sets in Python, Matlab and STRATSim.

  • Projects involved integrating RF (radio frequency) measurement devices to communicate autonomously, Array measurement device design where the team integrated RF technology and mechanical motors to capture signature data from an object, and a CAD silo setting to be integrated into VR for operational training. Here my knowledge of RF systems and antenna theory has grown beyond the normal mechanical engineer’s curriculum. During this time, I worked directly with the chief engineer of the company.
