• Coordinated rehearsal schedules for cast and crew to ensure smooth performances.
• Communicated with directors and designers to align on production vision and needs.
• Assisted in creating cues for lighting, sound, and set changes during shows.
• Called out performance technical cues using a wired headset.
• Provided support to actors when necessary during performances or rehearsals.

I was the Costumes Coordinator for Palmer Ridge High School's production of The Wizard of Oz

• Collaborated with teachers to design costumes for school theater productions.
• Managed costume inventory, ensuring all items were organized and accessible.
• Assisted in fitting costumes on students during dress rehearsals.
• Designed all makeup looks trying for them to feel more magical to fit the childish theme of the show.
• Managed 36 actors ranging grades 4th - 12th backstage.

• Managed budgets related to purchasing, renting, or creating new costumes when necessary.
• Costumed the show using a strict budget and what was found online and in storage
