
Through my experiences in DECA, I have become a strong, reliable, and motivated individual with strong skills in customer service, communication, and marketing, where I earned the title of District Champion. I have gained many valuable lessons through DECA, such as hands-on experience in understanding customers’ needs, efficient problem-solving, and maintaining positive experiences. I have also built confidence in presenting ideas clearly and concisely, working hard under pressure, and successfully collaborating with teams consisting of various backgrounds to achieve goals. My experiences have allowed me to develop project management skills, such as organization, time management, and attention to detail. I am eager to bring my strong work ethic, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset to a collaborative effort in a place like LifeCafe at LifeTime.
